Permanent magnetic bars and grate magnets are designed to remove ferrous metal
and tramp iron from free-flowing materials such as plastics, foods, cosmetics, grains and minerals.
Our high-density permanent magnetic tubes/bars are arranged in grate magnets to
draw iron particles into the magnetic field and hold them there as material flows through the grate.
Two styles of grate magnets are available in round or rectangular/square models to best suit your
needs. Both are constructed of stainless steel with different diameter magnetic tubes/bars placed
to provide the greatest magnetic efficiency. Tubes are filled with Rare Earth magnetic material.
Deflectors are placed to direct product flow across the strongest magnet
